At Tisssy, we aim to deliver quality products to our customers. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following case:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference

  • Wrong selection by customer

  • Used or washed products

Return Request Process

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged item

  • Packaging images (if applicable)
